Communications

CallVision.com,Inc.
This high tech company, providing a telephone call analysis and billing services to the Telco industry, needed a web-enabled solution for its high volume, high performance offering. We delivered one of the most progressive e-business solutions available, using an n-tier architecture to construct ad hoc reporting, telephone usage graphing, and e-billing features. The final solution manages millions of Telco records and features:

Advanced security credit card and call record protection

Scalable, robust applications for aggressively high-volume data

A billing structure that allows rebilling by vendors with different rates and services

Split-second responsiveness

Platform Planning Integration and Communication
This dynamic site helps to organize executive level marketing meetings for an enterprise wide audience. It allows meeting coordinators to post agenda items and required files for the events. The details for the events can be viewed by meeting topic or by date via an event calendar. There is also an interactive event scheduler that allows users to request training meetings and presentations. Training coordinators can approve requests via a system that automatically sends a response to the requester and posts the information on a monthly calendar.

WRMA
The wireless communications group within a Fortune 500 company needed a way to distribute marketing information to their internal analysts and field sales force. iSeer developed a "window" into a larger corporate wide market research web site that allowed the group to search and retrieve the specific information they needed at a fraction of the investment for the parent site. Features of the site included a weekly e-mail newsletter and market research page. The site also allowed users to add, update, and delete content real-time on the site
